Welcome to Weber Landscapers. By accessing or using our website, requesting an estimate, or engaging our landscape services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Weber Landscapers provides lawn maintenance, landscape design and installation, irrigation services, and snow removal to residential and light commercial customers across Weber and Davis counties in Northern Utah. Specific scope, pricing, and schedule are defined in individual service agreements or estimates.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided through this website or in-person are non-binding until a signed service agreement is executed. Pricing may vary based on property conditions, service frequency, and material costs at the time of service.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in a service agreement. Recurring maintenance customers may be enrolled in automatic monthly billing. Late payments may incur reasonable service charges.

4. Cancellations

Recurring maintenance may be canceled with 14 days' written notice. Installation projects follow the cancellation terms specified in the individual project agreement.

5. Property Access

You agree to grant Weber Landscapers reasonable access to your property to perform contracted services. You are responsible for notifying us of hazards, buried utilities, and any restrictions.

6. Warranty

Installation work is warrantied for one year against defects in workmanship. Plant material warranties vary by species and are outlined in individual project agreements. Warranties do not cover damage from weather, animals, neglect, or third-party interference.

7. Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to being contacted by Weber Landscapers regarding your estimate, appointments, and services. SMS message consent is governed separately and only applies when specifically opted into.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weber Landscapers' liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Weber County, Utah.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
